Responsibilities :
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret validate and document customer requirements

Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)

Give clients options for designs using prototypes.

Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies.

Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.

Ability to work independently, self-motivation, strong written communication skills, be a team player and have cross-cultural literacy

Requirements :
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in functional consulting.

Have implemented at least 3 ERP projects having expertise in one of the following modules FI CO SD MM modules.

Certification in the relevant ERP module.

Strong knowledge of one of the business processes covered by the FI/CO, SD, or MM modules.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in both English and French (B2 level required for both languages).

A proactive team player with the ability to lead and inspire the team.

Nice to Have :
Certified in one or more SAP modules.

Knowledge of Solution Manager

Knowledge on one of the below technologies: FIORI / SAP HANA
