Overview of the role

Following our international standard QA process, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing functional and non-functional testing strategies and building and maintaining a robust automation engine. As a key player, you will drive continuous improvement to ensure seamless performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Create & Implement Test Strategies: Develop efficient, test plans and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Design, run and report test execution campaigns.
• Optimize Quality: Analyze test results, provide actionable insights, and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams and guide other QA engineers to ensure quality success.
• Participate in test automation.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor’s, Engineering, Master’s) in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Solid experience in system analysis, test planning, and test strategy development.
• Proficient in QA tools such as JIRA and Xray, with experience in Scrum; SAFe experience is highly valued.
• Solid experience with non-functional testing (API, load, performance, etc.) using appropriate tools.
• Familiarity with test automation.
• Strong ability to guide and mentor teams, and share knowledge.
• Excellent sense of initiative and strong communication skills.
