Key Responsibilities
Trainer: is responsible for developing training programs that are geared towards upleveling Account Strategist to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to successfully drive revenue growth.
- Work with the client to identify training needs, gather requirements, and ensure program alignment with business goals.
- Define, monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as knowledge retention, and business impact to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop training plans for new sellers focused on the foundation of SCS and sales.
- Develop training plans for continuing education for tenured sellers on Client products, sales skills, and industry best practice.
- Create training materials and assessments
- Co-Sell: Prep sellers for meetings, and join their calls to drive revenue and product adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proven experience as a trainer, coach, or learning specialist, ideally within sales or digital marketing environments.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring training impact through KPIs.
