Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports using tools for KPI monitoring.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions align with stringent business requirements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Utilize advanced tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for comprehensive data analysis.
• Proficient in programming languages, including Python and SQL, for data manipulation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree / Master degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
