IT Support Engineer / System Engineer

Job description
Main task (up to 100% of time): Level 1, 2 and 3 telephone support to users for all offices worldwide 24/7.
Software support (office and business) as well as hardware (computer and phones).
Management of support requests via a ticketing software (GestSup or Ivanti).
Follow-up of tickets until the resolution of the incidents.
Escalation in-house or with service providers
Creation of AD accounts
Setting up of remote workstations
Maintenance of virtual and physical servers in Azure and in the different offices
Windows updates
Backups
Resolution of production issues
Evolutions and implementations
O365 and Azure projects (SaaS and datacenter)
Collaboration with the IT team in Paris, Geneva and Singapore
IT asset management (allocation tracking, renewal, manufacturer intervention tracking, image management with Microsoft EndPoint Management, IT asset management via Ivanti) and Microsoft EndPoint Management (InTune)
Drafting of operating procedures. Management of the knowledge base (FAQ).
Project management (SharePoint Online, Teams, Office 365)
Weekly report on support activity
Participation in team meetings
Skills
Mastery of the Microsoft environment (Windows 10, Office 365)
Good level in English and French (oral and written)
Autonomous, stress-resistant, diplomatic and courteous.

Your profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in the support business
English: Written and oral required
Degree: Bac +5 (Master OR Engineering Degree)
