Proxy Product Owner

Responsibilities:
Assisting the main Product Owner (PO) in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
Collecting, analyzing, and documenting the needs of users and stakeholders.
Writing detailed technical specifications for developers.
Creating diagrams, data models, and processes to clarify requirements.
Communicating requirements and priorities clearly and consistently to the team.
Making decisions on features and requirements in accordance with the vision and priorities established by the PO.
Using modeling tools to design systems and solutions.
Participating in validation tests to ensure that developed solutions meet documented needs.
Providing feedback and adjustments to development teams.
Providing continuous technical support and clarification of requirements during the development cycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree / Master degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
