Key Responsibilities

Team Lead: will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. They motivate their team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members. Foster a culture of high engagement, collaboration, and accountability. Proactively address performance behaviors and implement improvement plans to drive success.
  • Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. Inspire the team to think creatively and adopt innovative sales approaches. Identify opportunities to scale sales programs and maximize impact.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day team operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics. Monitor key metrics (e.g., Engagement Score, Adoption, NRR, Optimal Revenue, and Pitch Rate) and drive improvements through data-driven decisions. Streamline processes to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Insights and Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights. Deliver clear, concise, and meaningful reports to stakeholders, with a focus on solutions. Ensure Weekly Business Reviews include actionable recommendations and a compelling narrative.
  • Client and Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between the team, clients, and internal stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and implement best practices. Lead the team in building strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and retention.
