Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of software architecture with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with other teams, such as QA, DevOps, and product management, to foster a collaborative development environment.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proven experience in a leadership or lead developer role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
