Responsibilities

• Communicates product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal teams
  and external stakeholders.
• Works closely with key stakeholders to define, develop, and refine complex
  product requirements.
• Translates high-level customer needs into actionable user stories and a
  structured compliance matrix for delivery teams.
• Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, release plans, and sprint backlog,
  ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
• Collaborates with Product Managers to ensure roadmap consistency and
  business alignment.
• Works closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing
  user interfaces.
• Manages software delivery scope to balance priorities, feasibility, and customer
  expectations.
• Acts as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth
  coordination for successful implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a technology-driven company.
• Strong ability to translate PRDs into user stories and drive development
  execution.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Experience working with Scrum teams and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is
  a plus.
• A technical background and user-centered design knowledge are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
