Responsibilities :
• Create & Implement Test Strategies: Develop efficient, automated test plans and ensure comprehensive coverage. 

• Enhance and maintain in-house automation platforms. 

•  Automate Testing: Design and run automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure smooth functionality across platforms.

•  Optimize Quality: Analyze test results, provide actionable insights, and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor other QA engineers to support quality success. 

Qualifications :
• University degree (Bachelor’s, Engineering, or Master’s) in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering. 
•  5+ years of experience in a software QA role.
• Experience with product-oriented automation engines and industry best practices.
• Experience with Test Strategy and Test Planning.
• Proficient in Functional Validation and continuous process improvement.
•  Strong ability to guide and mentor teams and share knowledge.
•  Highly proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving impactful solutions, with strong communication skills.
