Description du poste :
Responsabilités et tâches :
- Exécution des tests :
- Effectuer des tests manuels sur différentes plateformes.
- Identifier, analyser et documenter les défauts, anomalies et bugs.
- Assurer la traçabilité des tests, de l’identification des bugs à la résolution des problèmes.
- Collaboration inter-équipes :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement et de produit pour définir les exigences de qualité.
- Communiquer les résultats de tests et les problèmes de manière efficace et proactive.
- Participer aux réunions journalières et de rétrospective pour apporter des améliorations continues au processus de QA.
- Amélioration des processus :
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour optimiser les processus de tests et la couverture fonctionnelle.
Qualifications requises :
- Expérience préalable dans le test de logiciels desktop et web, avec une compréhension des cycles de développement et de tests logiciels.
- Connaissance des outils de suivi tels JIRA.
- Connaissance des méthodologies Agile (Scrum).
- Bilingue Anglais/Français.

- Grande attention aux détails, rigueur et souci de la qualité.
- Capacités d’analyse et de documentation des bugs.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
