Acquisition de Talents IT :
- Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement des postes IT : sourcing, présélection, entretiens et onboarding.
- Collaborer avec les managers pour comprendre leurs besoins en recrutement et définir les profils recherchés.
- Constituer et entretenir un vivier de candidats qualifiés via différents canaux (LinkedIn, job boards, recommandations).
- Garantir une expérience candidat positive tout au long du processus de recrutement.

- Coordination de Projet :

Mission du poste :
L’Employé I.T. et Support Technique Logiciel a pour mission d’assurer un soutien technique de qualité aux utilisateurs internes et externes, de contribuer à la stabilité et à l’optimisation des systèmes logiciels et de participer activement à l’amélioration continue des services informatiques.
Principales tâches :

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery of software and services.
Responsibilities :
- Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available, and reliable infrastructure using Kubernetes, Postgres, and Cassandra.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for efficient software deployment.
- Kubernetes Orchestration: Manage Kubernetes clusters, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance and security across environments.
- Database Management: Optimize, manage, and maintain Postgres and Cassandra databases, ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and backup/restore processes.
- Monitoring & Logging: Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of the infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
- Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure smooth development and release cycles.
- Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance across all services and infrastructure.
Qualifications :
- 5–8 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
- Strong experience in Kubernetes orchestration, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications.
- Proven expertise in setting up and managing Cassandra clusters, with knowledge of high availability and performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Alibaba Cloud and DEEM Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Helm.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Proficiency with Git and branching strategies.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have :
- Knowledge of other databases and NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like business/social apps including menus, wizards, navigation, custom objects (Layout UI/ Fonts/ images/ sketches/ buttons/ icons/ tabs/ advance search, etc.) with the motion and animation.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to manager and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
