Responsibilities:

• Meeting with software/product designers to establish quality assurance parameters.

Requirements :

Description de poste

La personne sera responsable de superviser et de coordonner la livraison de produits et de projets dans le respect des principes Agile. Il/Elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, les parties prenantes et les clients pour assurer la livraison dans les délais impartis et avec la qualité attendue.

Responsabilités :

1. Gestion de la livraison :

• Coordonner et superviser la planification, l’exécution et le suivi de la livraison des produits et des projets.Assurer une communication transparente et efficace entre les différentes parties prenantes du projet.

2. Leadership Agile

• Promouvoir une culture Agile au sein de l’organisation en encourageant la collaboration, l’apprentissage continu et l’amélioration constante.
• Diriger et coacher les équipes Agile dans l’adoption et la mise en œuvre des pratiques Agile.

3. Gestion de l’équipe :

• Encadrer et soutenir les membres de l’équipe dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs et le développement de leurs compétences.
• Fournir un feedback régulier sur les performances et identifier les besoins en formation.
  

4. Gestion des risques et des problèmes :

• Identifier les risques liés à la livraison et mettre en place des mesures d’atténuation appropriées.
• Gérer de manière proactive les problèmes et les obstacles qui pourraient entraver la livraison.

5. Évaluation des performances :

• Suivre et évaluer les performances des équipes de livraison, en mettant l’accent sur l’atteinte des objectifs et l’amélioration continue.
• Fournir des feedbacks constructifs et des recommandations pour soutenir le développement professionnel des membres de l’équipe.

6. Planification stratégique :

• Contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie de livraison à court et à long terme, en tenant compte des besoins des clients et des objectifs de l’entreprise.
• Participer à la définition des priorités et à l’allocation des ressources pour optimiser la valeur ajoutée des livraisons.

7. Facilitation des cérémonies Agile :

• Animer les différentes cérémonies Agile telles que les réunions de planification de sprint, les revues de sprint et les rétrospectives pour assurer la collaboration et l’alignement de l’équipe.

8. Amélioration continue :

• Faciliter les rétrospectives et encourager les équipes à identifier les points forts et les axes d’amélioration.
• Proposer des initiatives visant à optimiser les processus de livraison et à accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle

Compétences requises :

• Solide expérience dans la gestion de projets Agile, de préférence avec une certification Agile (par exemple, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach).
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership, avec la capacité de motiver et d’inspirer les membres de l’équipe.
• Bonne compréhension des principes et des pratiques Agile, ainsi que des méthodologies telles que Scrum, Kanban, et Lean.
• Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.

Mission Principale

Maintien du projet DevOps en assurant le déploiement des livrables, l’automatisation, le monitoring de l’infrastructure et le troubleshooting

Responsabilités :

Évolution et modernisation du projet DevOps

• Participer le monitoring de l’infrastructure (ELK- Grafana – Prometheus – CloudWatch )
